Pros

They worked with my schedule a lot and I received raises yearly. Rewarding to help people who really need it.

Cons

They are hiring for $3/hr more now than what I was being paid. Very busy, stressful, high turnover rate. Often asked to work weekends to “catch up”.

Pros

I love the hours and everything and the people are just great!

Cons

Management is on the side of making money and not for the tech. If there are no other Perdiem’s available, then you cannot go on vacation.
