Pros

They are a smaller bank, so you get to know the people in different divisions better. Univest looks out for every employee, and creates a pleasant working atmosphere.

Cons

I think that some of their data processing and recording methods could be simplified to save time.

Pros

Culture, great coworkers, training opportunities for advancement and general leadership knowledge and programs like Excel and Copilot

Cons

Pay isn't as strong as other banks in the area, but the relationship driven focus with customers makes it less stress than a more sales driven bank. Benefits are pricey and don't cover some medications my doctor wanted me on that I couldn't afford out of pocket.

Cons

working 2-3 saturdays a month. long hours on fridays. work culture is different from each team. some are great some aren't.
