      Pros

      PTO, benefits are decent, good for learning about the financial world, and getting good experience for your resume.

      Cons

      It can be hard to advance in the company even if you hustle, be ready to work 2-3 Saturdays a month, and the pay could be better for the work you do.

      Pros

      Culture, great coworkers, training opportunities for advancement and general leadership knowledge and programs like Excel and Copilot

      Cons

      Pay isn't as strong as other banks in the area, but the relationship driven focus with customers makes it less stress than a more sales driven bank. Benefits are pricey and don't cover some medications my doctor wanted me on that I couldn't afford out of pocket.

      entry level - no college degree required proficient training model fantastic compensation

      Cons

      working 2-3 saturdays a month. long hours on fridays. work culture is different from each team. some are great some aren't.
