I appreciate that you took the time to leave a review. We truly do have a great team! The pandemic certainly accelerated work trends; previously I don’t think many of us were able to work from home. The HR department has been hard at work reviewing all positions to determine if employees will remain working from home, come back into the office or have a hybrid work schedule. We believe this approach will provide flexibility for the Univest Family while also allowing for increased collaboration, knowledge sharing and preservation of our culture.

Pros

Culture, great coworkers, training opportunities for advancement and general leadership knowledge and programs like Excel and Copilot

Cons

Pay isn't as strong as other banks in the area, but the relationship driven focus with customers makes it less stress than a more sales driven bank. Benefits are pricey and don't cover some medications my doctor wanted me on that I couldn't afford out of pocket.

Cons

working 2-3 saturdays a month. long hours on fridays. work culture is different from each team. some are great some aren't.
