Extremely difficult to advance in company rank due to lack of diverse training programs.

Thank you for your review. We advertise all open positions internally before looking for candidates outside which gives Univest employees first chance to advance their careers. We also update training programs as often as needed for employees to enhance not only job, but soft skills and are always looking to add to that training calendar.

Culture, great coworkers, training opportunities for advancement and general leadership knowledge and programs like Excel and Copilot

Cons

Pay isn't as strong as other banks in the area, but the relationship driven focus with customers makes it less stress than a more sales driven bank. Benefits are pricey and don't cover some medications my doctor wanted me on that I couldn't afford out of pocket.

entry level - no college degree required proficient training model fantastic compensation

Cons

working 2-3 saturdays a month. long hours on fridays. work culture is different from each team. some are great some aren't.
