      Pros

      - Plenty of opportunity to grow - Fun and family like work environment - Management makes an effort to have fun in the workplace by having dress down days, fun competition, and annual outings

      Cons

      - May have to transfer branches to be promoted however there are plenty in the area - Working at least 2 Saturdays is a requirement for branch employees

      Pros

      Culture, great coworkers, training opportunities for advancement and general leadership knowledge and programs like Excel and Copilot

      Cons

      Pay isn't as strong as other banks in the area, but the relationship driven focus with customers makes it less stress than a more sales driven bank. Benefits are pricey and don't cover some medications my doctor wanted me on that I couldn't afford out of pocket.

      entry level - no college degree required proficient training model fantastic compensation

      Cons

      working 2-3 saturdays a month. long hours on fridays. work culture is different from each team. some are great some aren't.
