      Pros

      Customers are lovely, job is simple, not overwhelming, and fun to do.

      Cons

      Employees at this location are catty, vicious, and very difficult to work with. Management determines success based on your friendships with them outside of work. Management is irresponsible, rarely present, and often pushed off work onto lower employees to avoid reprimand. Company culture is not what they say. Fridays are a 10 hour shift with only a half hour break.

      Pros

      Culture, great coworkers, training opportunities for advancement and general leadership knowledge and programs like Excel and Copilot

      Cons

      Pay isn't as strong as other banks in the area, but the relationship driven focus with customers makes it less stress than a more sales driven bank. Benefits are pricey and don't cover some medications my doctor wanted me on that I couldn't afford out of pocket.

      entry level - no college degree required proficient training model fantastic compensation

      Cons

      working 2-3 saturdays a month. long hours on fridays. work culture is different from each team. some are great some aren't.
