Pros
The work life balance that Upper Crust Food Service provides is really awesome. I used to work 75 hours a week in a hotel kitchen and now I work during the day with very few weekend hours. I get to see my family and I get paid competitively. The people I work with are really great and they all care about what they are doing.
Cons
My only con used to be a lack of insurance options but we now have that as well!
