Pros

The house and the clients

Cons

Literally everything else. Upper management was absolutely terrible, if they even answered your phone call. I had several questions that were never answered by my “boss” and when I reached out to HR to get help I was reprimanded. Not by my boss directly, (she still refused to call me) but through the campus manager who had to do her dirty work. I worked there for a full school year and had no idea who I worked for. Nobody reached out and if you had a problem you were on your own but every choice you made was the wrong one anyways. They also change policies without letting their employees know and then get upset when the employees don’t adhere to said changed policy. On top of everything they will change your budget or the contract with your house without telling you so all of a sudden you’re over budget and it’s your fault and you have get back under the budget by the end of semester, meaning your clients suffer. Speaking of the clients, the company absolutely does not care about satisfaction of the clients. They do not care if they are unhappy and do nothing to remedy any conflicts.
