      I love my job! I get to work with so many talented chefs and watch them grow with the company.

      Cons

      Really none. If you are a chef who's been in the industry awhile, this is a great company that respects your time and talents - you get to control your menus, you won't work till midnight to serve that 1 late walk-in, and most nights and weekends you are home in time for dinner with the family!
