      Pros

      Time off, creative freedom, decent benefits, and a homegrown management (at least in our area) that is in tune with the needs of the staff.

      Cons

      Because the job is remote, it can take a while for the voice of the worker to reach the ear of the management. In the rare occasion that a request is lost in the shuffle, it is quickly rectified.
