Pros

There are few reasons to work for Upper Deck. The Brand has a strong awareness which makes the company look better on your resume than others. You get to work on sports but that is not what it seems as only a handlfull of teams and players get any attention.

Cons

UD has a history of not paying vendors. it makes it tough to maintain relationships outside of the company. Cash flow is also a big issue right now. Management is worried about keeping the lights on and some employees wonder whether or not the doors will be locked when returning from a long weekend. Advancement opportunities do not exist. They cast you for a role and you will play it out for as long as you can take it. You need to leave to advance.
