Pros
-Somehow UD has been able to hire some really friendly people. -Can be a really fun industry if your values aren't totally beaten out of you.
Cons
-So many toxic working relationships. -When someone leaves or is let go/fired, the position needs to be filled. Instead they expect other people to permanently pick up the slack which leaves employees overworked, underpaid and bitter. -During quarterly meetings, employees who put in extra long hours are praised for putting in time and "being available". Not everyone can sit at their desk in the office 80 hours a week to work on projects because the timelines were not managed correctly. What about the people who do great work and get it all done in 40 hours?
