      Good people to work with (for the most part). Passionate about what they did. Good culture, with interesting clients and perks (LeBron one-on-one demo on-site)

      Cons

      Run by a mad man. Upper management terrified of CEO; afraid to take risks (unless they were illegal, then more power to ya!) Low pay.

      - Great team members - Laid back management - Understanding & reasonable managers - Community within my team, but lacks throughout the company as a whole
