I loved caring for my very special patients and their families in pediatrics. My job gave me purpose and a mission.
Cons
Upstate is not the easiest place to work. The communication between staff and management is lacking. Often the nurse staff were unaware of changes in polices or procedures. We would not find the information out until the very last minute.
