Pros
Between the union and the hospital the will pay for your education. The union is great.
Cons
I've never experienced racism on this level l,not even when I lived down south. They nursing (RN) and management are degrading and feel they can talk to you any kind of way, and soon as you defend yourself even professionally they lash out some kind of way. They don't like to be told they're wrong.
