      Opportunities for your ideas to be heard. Sense of "family" within the organization.

      Cons

      Inability to make the right personnel moves. A lot of ideas get heard, but few have the backing to get executed.

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
