      No honest communication from management. No opportunity for growth. No top level talent in management. Personal agendas are promoted above the job tasks at hand.

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
