You will never be bored because there will always be something that needs attention- good or bad. All digital leadership is supportive and continues to invest in processes and technology to make their teams more efficient.
Cons
Motivating a 100% commission sales team to sell a new product or section of business is next to impossible- be cautious if you are seeking sales management positions. Having two different sides to sales management instantly breeds competition and a hostile environment. There was little to no respect between sales team and sales management, multiple occasions of managers bad mouthing or belittling other managers in front of the sales team.
