      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at News 92 FM. Unfortunately, the ownership, which specializes in urban music, gave up on the news radio format three years after the station went on the air and laid off 47 people.

      Cons

      I have no negative comments about Radio One. I just wish the company had hired more experienced management from the start to assess what was needed to make the station a success on the air.

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
