Pros - an enviornment where you can stop out of your lane and assist with managing other opportunities; at your own risk, because you will end up doing other people's work.
Cons
Cons - understaffed and overworked - upper management keeps everything to themselves - blurred lines between who should be doing what, when for projects - no team bonding or experiences - upper management doesn't delegate, so they too are overworked.
