      Pros

      I love the 4 weeks of PTO and 2 weeks of sick / medical time, the option to work from home, concert tickets (when available)and meeting some of my favorite artists.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than most broadcast companies in the state.

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
