      Pros

      The best thing is free tickets, merch and access to events throughout the city.

      Cons

      There was no real opportunity for overtime or bonuses and sales assistants do most of the work in sales.

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
