      One of the best reasons to work at Urban One is, despite the company's primary focus on African American audiences, there is a tremendous diversity in employees, management, opportunities, and formats.

      Cons

      People stay with the company for long periods of time - i.e. decades, so upward mobility can be limited.

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
