      Pros

      Lots of freedom. Abiltiy to be creative. Very niched product.

      Cons

      Does not provide the resources or contemporary tools to be competitive with other companies. Very centralized senior management with little flexibility. A public company that is still run very much like a small independent including favoritism.

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
