Pros
Staff mostly African Am/Black. Great relationships with peers can be built. Get the experience to leave for a better company.
Cons
They pay low on purpose to save money. No bonus, no raises as a standard...but on rare occasions, they may grant partial. No vision for the future. Leaders are sneaky and dishonest.
