Pros
This is a great place to start your career and get your foot in the door. The people are great and a great location and office environment
Cons
This company has no career progression and is against you having external training. You have to argue and fight for pay increases and promotions and even then they dont come. You will just get typical responses saying there no budget when there actually is. You also have to take personal matters and grievances to your line manager as the HR in the company is extremely incompetent and will always fail to follow through in the majority of things you ask of them. Also, prepare to work extremely long hours. Each team has so few numbers that often people end up feeling pressured into staying to at least 8pm most nights. You are told not to but will then be discriminated if your not hitting deadlines.
