Pros

Good work-life balance. Predictable 9-5 work on a relatively stable technical product.

Cons

Sub-standard pay and benefits. Way below market. The annual hike is a joke. Management is non-existent. Even after years, the company has no standardized processes for anything. As a result, the work is unnecessarily chaotic with harsh deadlines and unbalanced workloads. An example would be no transition plan for a new hire when I was leaving. Despite giving the firm a month's notice the management team had no clue about who would take over my responsibilities. Management neither understands nor prioritizes technology. Developers and consultants are treated like second-class citizens. Technology teams have no say in the development of new features or the deadlines these features are supposed to be delivered in. The hiring process is a joke. HR makes false promises about the workload and nature of work. Interviews are conducted by whoever is available when the candidate is waiting in the lobby rather than who they would be working with. There is literally no plan. You might be hired for something and end up doing something completely different. Just a side note: Most positive reviews here are written by HR. Look out for the ones which list " No Keurig machines on every floor" as a Con. That's the least of this company's problems.

Pros

With the exception of some teams, company culture is great. Opportunity to work on some cool stuff

Cons

Super strict on in office attendance and recently culture has taken a hit because of it. Also compensation and career progression aren’t very good past year 1.
