Business Outlook
Pros
The people are definitely the best part. Most employees are between ages 20-30 so its a young crowd. The company also does a great job of fostering a good working environment and giving its employees time to do fun activities such as Tigers games and foosball matches. Working downtown is also another great bonus.
Cons
The work can be tedious and boring. Upper management tends to not listen to less experienced people and is conservative with their choices. Too much emphasis on how can we increase NOC vs innovation and employee happiness.
