      Pros

      Good technology, smart people, certification program for practice areas is a good idea

      Cons

      No work / life balance, pressured into working very long hours with no compensation for extra hours, promotions are unfair, most projects are very disorganized, human resources is very slow in finding new people when they are needed badly.

      Pros

      With the exception of some teams, company culture is great. Opportunity to work on some cool stuff

      Cons

      Super strict on in office attendance and recently culture has taken a hit because of it. Also compensation and career progression aren’t very good past year 1.
