Pros

Coworkers were all very friendly and fun to work with - made some good friends outside of work. Was able to learn SQL pretty much on the job (they have a path to certification). Pay was pretty good for someone fresh out of undergrad. Lots of opportunities to move up (although you'll get a LOT more work). My team's managers cared about people's wellbeing. 19 days of PTO and you can WFH permanently.

Cons

A mountain of work needs to be done monthly and it was mostly boring work, so I was stuck doing the same thing over and over until I asked for different work, but that meant someone else on the team had to do it (usually the new hires). They are slow to implement new technologies. Our team's data visualizations were all in Excel or PDFs. The only technical transferable skills I learned were SQL and Excel. Their propriety software is very unintuitive and outdated (looks and feels like it's from the 90s). Felt like I was a bit micromanaged by my managers. Turnover seems to be high - I saw a lot of smart and talented coworkers jump ship in the very short time I worked there. The pay bump with promotions is not worth the added responsibilities.

Pros

With the exception of some teams, company culture is great. Opportunity to work on some cool stuff

Cons

Super strict on in office attendance and recently culture has taken a hit because of it. Also compensation and career progression aren’t very good past year 1.
