Pros
Decent place to learn and pickup skills for a new grads. Particularly ones who cannot find employment for a better company.
Cons
Focus is only on profits. Be prepared to have record years, but that bonuses will suffer due to not meeting "budget". Top talent is not rewarded appropriately and eventually leaves a toxic environment of mostly unqualified management and frustrated employees. Certain offices cannot keep anyone let alone top people.
