Pros
Great people and plenty of different roles and practice areas to keep things fresh .As companies move to brining people into office without defined reasoning at the role level Urban Science remains committed to flexibility. The assumption is that every role is remote and managers need to truly define while someone needs to come into the office even one day.
Cons
Some of the 20+ year people in top leadership roles seem resistant to take risks to move the company in the right direction. Certain key points in company leadership tend to have someone with company seniority as the leader instead of someone with the best experience in that area. Sometimes we can be more focused on growth than maintaining expertise in our practice areas. This is evident in several middle to upper management positions, and is starting to become more evident even on ground level positions.
