Pros
It is a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Downtown Detroit. I love the outings in the city we take attending games, eating at nearby restaurants. In the summer we take trips to Campus Martius to relax during lunch. The company provides some good benefits and there is a lot of opportunity to learn more not only from hands on experience but through Urban Science University, and they also provide education assistance so they will pay you to go back to school or get additional licenses.
Cons
Here is a lot of turnover in my department due mostly to over working. Long hours of work are not expected but it does happen.
