Good swag. Decent work/life balance, but don't expect to move up if you can't sacrifice your personal life.
Cons
Leadership is young, inexperienced, and heartless - only driven by money...although they are good at putting on a facade. If you want a company who actually cares about and values its employees, you should most certainly look elsewhere. There is rampant nepotism (everyone in leadership is either from SpaceX or is a good friend of the founder). It's amazing they haven't been sued yet, but of course you can get away with it when you pay everyone off. They have no actual mission other than making the company worth $ so they can sell it. Their values are total B.S. And don't even get me started on diversity. They couldn't care less, seriously! Save yourself some time and move on. Don't be fooled by their false promises like I was.
