      When starting you are at the very bottom. Everything is based on seniority. You will never know when or where you will be driving until the night before

      Pros

      Good benefits and lots of advancement opportunities. The people are great to work with as well. I enjoy the goals and objectives of the company to provide public transit.

      Cons

      The same as most jobs, but nothing worth mentioning specifically.

      Management is mostly fair. Standard bus driving job. Good training with free CDL class B. Paid during training.

      Cons

      Salt Lake COL is expensive. Pay does not match cost of living.
