      Pension, program for lower health insurance cost, reliable employment

      Cons

      Often you don't know what's happening at the top. There's a distinct line drawn between bargaining and administrative employees where without a yearly survey the executive positions would never know what is happening.

      Pros

      Good benefits and lots of advancement opportunities. The people are great to work with as well. I enjoy the goals and objectives of the company to provide public transit.

      Cons

      The same as most jobs, but nothing worth mentioning specifically.

      Management is mostly fair. Standard bus driving job. Good training with free CDL class B. Paid during training.

      Cons

      Salt Lake COL is expensive. Pay does not match cost of living.
