Pros

Benefits. Mostly good coworkers. Pay is okay. Some in leadership do a good job.

Cons

They promote men who are known for sexual harassment to leadership and admin positions. Management and admin does not respect ideas or feedback from employees. Safety is touted as number one but safety rules and policies are given a blind eye because admin is unaffected. They are safe therefore our endangerment is unacknowledged, blown off, and utterly dismissed. Management never admits fault at any point. The burden of responsibility is placed on lowest level employees. Those in higher up positions are encouraged to get lower level employees in trouble. Unsafe working conditions go ignored. When admin makes mistakes they try to place blame on others. Basically required to do more than your work because mess ups of others they refuse to hold accountable. Blatant favoritism those they don't like get in trouble. Those they like who mess up do not get held accountable and some are even promoted.

Pros

Good benefits and lots of advancement opportunities. The people are great to work with as well. I enjoy the goals and objectives of the company to provide public transit.

Cons

The same as most jobs, but nothing worth mentioning specifically.
