Candidates beware: Utah Transit Authority fosters a toxic atmosphere, especially for younger professionals. The culture is volatile, hostile, and management is full of bullies. I never had to go to HR before this position, but I went on numerous accounts in my first year. Despite seeking support, they failed to address the issues and instead my managers retaliated against me. There is zero direction, organization, or potential growth. This unhealthy environment is not isolated and should be thoroughly considered before joining.
