      Pros

      Great pay, your own boss, and great benefits. I have worked all five divisions (including paratransit) and communication and flexibility are keys to success. Any job you have is what you make it, if you want it to be a good/bad experience, it will be.

      Cons

      First few years you are on a board which is not knowing schedule until the day prior at 5pm. You have to be flexible. Each job will have different ratings.

      Pros

      Good benefits and lots of advancement opportunities. The people are great to work with as well. I enjoy the goals and objectives of the company to provide public transit.

      Cons

      The same as most jobs, but nothing worth mentioning specifically.

      Pros

      Management is mostly fair. Standard bus driving job. Good training with free CDL class B. Paid during training.

      Cons

      Salt Lake COL is expensive. Pay does not match cost of living.
