Pros

Rewarding work with the public, great immediate coworkers, good benefits.

Cons

The job of a driver is tough, and I'm not even one anymore. I provide support to the drivers through my work, and it's nearly impossible to make positive changes for the drivers when I can't get clear direction from managers, because they're afraid of the constant changing of the executives. There is no direction, no clarity. I want to help people and give people flexibility but I can't when I'm getting no information. The COO recently left so hopefully that changes, but I feel like UTA is very top heavy.

Pros

Good benefits and lots of advancement opportunities. The people are great to work with as well. I enjoy the goals and objectives of the company to provide public transit.

Cons

The same as most jobs, but nothing worth mentioning specifically.

Pros

Management is mostly fair. Standard bus driving job. Good training with free CDL class B. Paid during training.

Cons

Salt Lake COL is expensive. Pay does not match cost of living.
