Pros
Work was simple, albeit, menial. A few people were great. Interestingly, none of them are there anymore.
Cons
These people and the glorified frat house are nothing short of fake and toxic. Management is a joke, with the exception of just 2 managers. Don't make a huge promise and build up false hope to significantly increase your employee's salary in just 3 months, and wave that person away when the time comes for a review. Sounds like one of those pyramid marketing schemes to me. I was hired to do other people's dirty work, toxic employees who would take advantage of me to check boxes (literally). When I left, it was to our VP practically rolling his eyes at the news, and pretty much left as dead to my own manager. It was never in their interest to send me well wishes or even hear of what i'm doing next. They don't care about your pay, well-being, or talents here. The people think they're still at the peaking point like its college all over again. Flirting, inappropriate conversations, checking others out all in the office - it's all enough to make you uncomfortable. Especially knowing one of the managers had a sexual assault claim made against him/her. This is work. Keep it professional. Take personal matters out of here and back to campus if you're gonna run this "business" as a jungle gym. Oh, and business? It's a totally sleazy operation. Those awards are fake and paid for. Having a college degree is a joke. You can pretty much expect the transients around the office to get a job. Marketing is hardly a concept, and strategies are essentially copy/paste documents.
