Pros
Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Zero.
Cons
Everyone is overworked, no one ever gets "caught up." The toxic management is abusive, relying on fear for motivation, though they try to maintain a facade of normalcy. I've worked in agencies, they can be hectic, but this is a total nightmare. The entire model is sales driven. Sales reps sell products that no longer exist, never existed, or are not humanly possible to fulfill on. The "managers" then rely on the fulfillment team to try to patch it together, then rely on Account Managers to polish mess the for the client. The Sales Reps run the show. They can and will scream at you, curse at you, and abuse you with no consequences to themselves. I think the management actually likes that they do this. They even abuse you in writing and management does nothing. They will probably have a really bad incident and get sued before too long. They promised me a bonus when I was hired and never mentioned it again. It was supposed to be $5,000 a year, which is a good amount of money to lie about. Several others experienced the same bait and switch. Their products are outdated, and they have been done damage to their clients' sites by using black hat techniques. The employees are so depressed, they walk around with 1,000-yard stared as if they witnessed a horrific murder. They are abused. There is no talent in the management. None. It is a clique-based culture of them against the employees. They delight in abusing subordinates. They are terrible people with not an ounce of integrity or decency. Don't soil your reputation by working here.
