      Pros

      The union is pretty nice. Pay is great and benefits. Working on the equipment is easy and nothing like how the military was. Slow pace but better to take your time.

      Cons

      Management likes to talk down on the union. Old chiefs that think because they did 500 years in the navy are above you when they’re not.
