Pros
A Proprietary Concern headed by a non-corporate cultured CEO and Director sitting and ruling from US and making decisions relating to Top management till Security Guards and Cab Drivers of the co., with or without knowing how much politically corrupt, dumb, Non Supportive and non-reliable Partner Director sitting in India. They Hire and Fire people per their wish. It does not matter to them the life of an employee. I joined this company even after going through the bad review comments in Glass Door about this co. (Also do not believe the Positive Review Comments here in Glass Door which are Fake and provided forcefully from the Directors through their HR and other Middle Management teams, who do not have an option)
Cons
I could understand what a bad company I joined even after going through the bad review comments about this co. I am neither able to work using my previous MNC Experience here (as the directors and Top management themselves are so foolish and do not have a corporate culture or experience) nor could get a job outside as nobody likes to hire people from V2Soft. So, think of your future, don't join for few extra monies, you may lose your career, I have seen a lot many people losing their good carrier and struggled due to this co.
