Good opportunity to work in domains such as healthcare and automobile. V2Soft is developing own products along with client projects. Employee performance is properly accessed and appreciated. And flexible timing focused towards delivery

Cons

Processes are in place. But still there are room for improvement.

Pros

I don't think there are any pros other than that you only have a job when you work for them.

Cons

No job opportunities the benefits are also not good. There is no sponsorship for GC and no yearly evaluation of your performance to get a promotion, but if you don't do well, for sure you will get blamed.
