Pros

I have been with V2Soft for 2 yrs now, In my fifteen yrs of career I have seen many companies and management., out of all I would rate V2Soft as the best Companies ever worked!!! Few reasons for the same, Free from cheap office politics., your views are mattered, dreams are given wings!!! Best efforts for employee care. I would recommend V2Soft to all potential aspirants.

Cons

If I say no Cons, then It may not be appropriate. As every being has his/her own Pros & Cons likewise every org too., But what makes V2Soft different is every feedback is taken as constructive and worked-on for improving towards better.

Pros

I don't think there are any pros other than that you only have a job when you work for them.

Cons

No job opportunities the benefits are also not good. There is no sponsorship for GC and no yearly evaluation of your performance to get a promotion, but if you don't do well, for sure you will get blamed.
