Organized staff, professional, respectful colleagues.

I did not find many cons working here.

I don't think there are any pros other than that you only have a job when you work for them.

No job opportunities the benefits are also not good. There is no sponsorship for GC and no yearly evaluation of your performance to get a promotion, but if you don't do well, for sure you will get blamed.
