In 16 months I had 9 different bosses. That's NOT a typo. Never saw or signed an actual comp plan until last week on the job. Was asked dozens of times to create and manipulate fake pipeline to appease the board. Old leadership vacated after selling the "magic ingredient" to Cisco New leadership is toxic and seems to make it sport to speak very strongly to demean employees in very public settings. Go to market strategy changes often, quickly, and without preparation. HR is out to lunch. Almost nothing is done to bring employees together during the pandemic. Not even a virtual holiday party. Just nothingness.
