- Non-licensed or salaried staff do not get to invest in the company. This includes lower management/leadership roles as well.
- lower management/leadership doesn't get a more generous stipend, same as unregistered staff members.
- HR and a lot of management talks to employees in a politician-style, not in a human way.
- Scheduling for nurses
- PTO/Sick policy: they require that you use sick pay if you call out for any reason. If you do not have sick pay accrued then you have to use PTO to maintain over 30hrs/per week to keep your fulltime status. When they made this change this year 2026, they previously were allowing staff to go into negative PTO as a "sick pay" style bank but didn't reset staff at least to 0 PTO so it dug the hole even worse for them.
- Management has become EXTREMELY strict out of nowhere. Insane budget cuts. Penalizing staff for even being a minute late.
- Requires 30min UNPAID lunch breaks even in states that it is not legally required.
- Got rid of their fitness benefits that paid for in-person classes and downgraded to only virtual classes (cost cuts)
